The new award winning "AMADIO"label produced by Danniel Amadio of Amadio wines - represents Danniel's contribution to his family's successful winemaking legacy , stemming from his grandfathers success in the early 30's , and his parents success in the early 90's, with the creation of there own label which rose to the 'most awarded boutique label in Australia'. Danniel¡¯s inherent tradition of premium wine making has already received national& International attention in the wine industry with plenty of gold medals to his name and industry accolades.

Danniel personally selects the best fruit parcels from his Kersbrook (Adelaide Hills) Vineyards, and other selected sites from the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions. He produces the best varietals, most common to those regions ?C creating wines of immense natural character and quality.

Centennial wine has been acknowledged at wine shows, internationally and nationally, with over 330 medals from trophy to bronze. Our success is due to our commitment to producing quality wines at all costs.

Our premium cool climate vineyard at over 760m in altitude (in winter snow is possible) ensures grapes ripen slowly with enhanced flavour and intensity. Slow ripening together with fastidious attention to viticulture and low cropping levels, results in premium quality fruit, creating wines of elegance and distinction.
Cruickshank

The Cruickshank family interest in wine goes back to 1950. John Cruickshank is one of the pioneers of the movement to include wine in one's daily life.

Cruickshank wines, made solely from grapes grown in the Callatoota Estate vineyard, can hold their own with the very best. In recent years it has won a respectable tally of medals. At 2005 Hunter Wine Show, Cruickshank Callatoota Estate won five out of eleven medals awarded to local wineries for red wine.
Cuttaway Hill

Cuttaway Hill¡¯s national and international award winning wines are building a strong reputation among wine connoisseurs. Its range of premium quality table wines artfully blend traditional and new world wine styles and include classic varieties that are full flavoured and combine cool climate complexity and wide appeal to represent the unique terroir.

Cuttaway Hill wines are made entirely from grapes grown in the cool climate region of the Southern Highlands and each vineyard provides a unique character that gives the wine lover a true taste of the Southern Highlands in a glass.

Beaurepaire Ridge Vineyard is located just outside Rylstone , about 50 km from Mudgee, one of the oldest wine regions in Australia. The vineyard is about 600 meters above sea level, with cool-climate conditions. The slopes are gentle, the nights cool, the days warm and the soils rich.

Tasmania is one of only a very few wine-producing regions in Australia that enjoys a genuine cool climate. Frogmore Creek Wines is one of Tasmania¡¯s most awarded wineries, delivering wines with exceptional quality. It is rated 5 stars by James Halliday.

The site for Frogmore Creek was chosen due to its suitability to grow great Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay. Critical climate indicators such as rainfall, temperature, sunshine hours and number of rain days combine in perfect balance to create an ideal natural environment for growing premium quality grapes.

Margan brand has a loyal band of fans, and has won critical acclaim as well as being awarded 16 major trophies in National and International wine shows.

A new generation of winemaking families are establishing new quality benchmarks for the production of Hunter Valley wine. Established in 1997, the Margan brand is part of this new wave. Hunter born and proud of their regional identity, the wines of Andrew Margan reflect the unique terroir of the Hunter and the winemaking background of their maker.

Established in 1844, Penfolds has long been cherished by wine-lovers the world over. Initiated by the legendary Max Schubert, refined by those who followed him and enhanced by every member of the winemaking team, the PENFOLDS ¡®House-Style¡¯ was developed and is as instantly recognisable today as it was in the 1950s and 1960s.

Despite being of different ages, backgrounds and roles, everyone at Penfolds has one thing in common, the determination to ensure the delivery of the unfailing quality and excellence for which PENFOLDS has always and will always be known.

Geelong is one of Australia¡¯s premium wine growing regions. The Pettavel portfolio of wines is produced entirely from estate grown grapes, from two Geelong vineyards. The state of the art winery has been designed with minimal intervention processing, ensuring that regional and varietal characters are captured and retained in the wines.

Pettavel is rated 4.5 stars by James Halliday and wines have won many awards and have gained international recognition.

The Amadio family wine story in Australia started in a red corrugated iron shed which was built by Giovanni Amadio, just after he arrived from Italy in 1927.
From his modest beginnings in the Adelaide suburb of East Marden, now Campbelltown, Giovanni produced and sold his elegant wines from his red shed cellar door and also to many iconic Italian restaurants in Melboune's infamous Lygon Street.

Giovanni taught his son Caj the appreciation of wine, with it's place on the dinner table and finally the art of making wines. Caj in turn, taught his son Danniel the skills of creating elegant award winning wines.
Scarborough

Scarborough wines have been awarded a 5-star rating by James Halliday for being ¡°an outstanding winery capable of producing wines of the highest calibr¡±'.

Scarborough Wine Co. has been producing its unique style of wines since 1987. Specializing in Chardonnay but also producing other traditional premium Hunter varieties, such as Semillon and Shiraz, Scarborough has established itself as a leading wine brand.

"First class wine making begins in the vineyard", this has been the maxim of Sir Paz Estate since the first vines were planted in 1997. The vineyard is located on 35 acres of red volcanic soil in the Victoria's Yarra Valley, idyllically surrounded by cherry and berry orchards. The elevated site suits vines perfectly; grapes experience true cool climate conditions, ripening slowly for maximum flavour development. The first release of '01 scored an emphatic gold medal at the Victorian Wines Show as the highest scored entry.

Yarrawood Estate is an Australian family owned and operated vineyard established in 1996. In 2002 Yarrawood Estate proudly launched their Tall Tales range, includes a broad selection of quality classic Yarra Valley wines.

The Yarra Valley is considered to be one of Australia¡¯s best cool climate wine growing regions. The mild weather allows for slow ripening and in combination with restricted yields leads to production of wines of premium quality. All fruit is 100% estate grown.
